About me

Hi! and welcome to My Fitness Journal! My name is Cecille, but everyone calls me "Cece" and I am so happy that you have taken the time to see what I'm all about. This blog was intended to be written just for me. I  wanted  something to refer back to, but with the amount of views I have, I know I have readers and hopefully people are getting something from my blogs.

This is me in a nutshell:

  • I love to sing, but I'm not good at it

  • I love cooking and finding new ways to cook w/healthy ingredients
  • Favorite foods/drink include: almond butter, wine, oreos, protein bars, caprese salad, smores, mango, sushi, grilled bbq chicken, brown rice, and margaritas (its all about balance!!)
  • I love to travel
  • I love to shoot guns
  • I love exploring new restaurants
  • I love a challenge and pushing myself
Fitness
From March-June 2012 (in actually less than 3months), I had completed a bootcamp program. I had lost 10-15lbs and gained some muscle also. With my body reacting so well, I decided to take the next step and join a program that will prepare my body and transform me into something I have always dreamt of . In September, I will be competing for my first fitness competition. I'll be competing in the bikini category. This has always been a goal of mine and I plan to walk you through the process in my blogs. 
FOOD
I love to cook. Everything and anything. I find such joy and comfort in making new creative dishes from scratch or even getting inspirations from blogs and different websites.
